Thanks to the ND24 time and attendance tracking software, employees can record their clock-in and clock-out times at the workplace using their own company badge. By bringing the badge close to a time clock reader, the system automatically registers the start or end of the work shift and updates the individual timesheet in the attendance management system.
This way, the time entries are legally recognized for payroll preparation purposes and have fiscal validity.

Following the CJEU ruling C-55/18 dated May 14, 2019, the Court of Justice of the European Union established that all EU Member States are required to implement systems capable of recording the daily working time of each employee.
