PDM – Manual Distribution Point for Large, Low turnover items
The Manual Distribution Point Software allows tracking of manual distribution of PPE and large-size, long-lasting, low-rotation equipment by means of PC
Using the PC and a USB badge reader, the warehouse manager can:
• Log in to the web application using their Username and Password
• Use the USB reader to scan the employee’s badge
• Get in to the employee profile to check PPE he can pick up, according to the job and its use frequency
• Assign manually the item supplied or register a returned object
The PDM is a software module developed by Indaco Project that allow to:
Manage the expiry dates and sizes for some PPE types (clothing, shoes, helmets, etc.)
Generate reports for stock replenishment or alerts when PPE replacement is nearing
Real-time interaction with Personal Storage Machine (PSM) automatic dispensers
This means the company obtains a single consolidated printout showing all consumption statistics from any distribution point manual or automatic. Reports can be filtered by resource, time period, distribution point, item type and other variables.
