In an emergency situation, employees must evacuate the building, gather at designated assembly points, and scan their badges at terminals to mark themselves as present, thereby excluding themselves from the absentee list.

Visitors and people exempt from badge scanning, such as managers and executives, can declare their presence at the Assembly Point by selecting their names from a list provided by EvaPlan. This is possible thanks to the integration of EvaPlan with Sesamo Accessi, the access control software by Indaco Project that ensures accurate registration of every person —employee or visitor — present on site.
If multiple EvaPlan Assembly Points are installed in the company, these can be dynamic, meaning the software can manage registrations regardless of which assembly point individuals have reached.
