Assembly Point: Automatic Management of Company Evacuation

EvaPlan is the automated system for conducting roll calls of people present at the company assembly points during emergencies.

Once the roll call is complete, EvaPlan prints a list of absentees to be handed over to the Fire Department for search and rescue operations within the facility.

The Legislative Decree 81/2008, the regulatory reference for workplace health and safety, requires employers to adopt all appropriate measures to ensure that all workers are trained, informed, and equipped with the necessary protections to work safely.

In an emergency, a critical aspect is the real-time monitoring of personnel present within the company.

The Emergency Plan must include a system that performs roll calls for both employees and visitors. This enables real-time tracking of who has responded to the roll call and allows immediate activation of search procedures for those missing.
Thanks to EvaPlan, personnel can register their arrival at the Assembly Point by scanning their personal badge or using other identification systems.

In an emergency situation, employees must evacuate the building, gather at designated assembly points, and scan their badges at terminals to mark themselves as present, thereby excluding themselves from the absentee list.

EvaPlan also manages those without company badges. 
Visitors and individuals exempt from badge scanning, such as managers and executives, can declare their presence at the Assembly Point by selecting their names from a list provided by EvaPlan. This functionality is enabled through the integration of EvaPlan with  Sesamo Accessi, the access control software by Indaco Project that ensures accurate registration of every person—employee or visitor—present on site.

If multiple EvaPlan Assembly Points are installed in the company, these can be dynamic, meaning the software can manage registrations independently of which assembly point individuals have reached.
