NDCom24 is the ND24 module dedicated to job order and activity management, designed for companies that need to organize and monitor how working hours are distributed among teams, based on activities, departments, or locations.
With NDCom24, users can declare the start and end of tasks, the type of activity, and the location, using any mobile device or PC — all while sending and receiving data in real time.
INTEGRATED WITH ATTENDANCE TRACKING
NDCom24 is fully integrated with the ND24 attendance tracking module , allowing you to:
• Visually match employee attendance with job order data in a single dashboard. Any discrepancies or anomalies are clearly flagged for immediate correction.
• Clock in/out and log work activities from the same screen — no need to switch between multiple pages.
• The simple, intuitive interface makes data entry fast and efficient.
MOBILE ACTIVITY REPORTING
NDCom24 is also available on Android mobile devices. From the same screen, employees can clock in/out and log phases and sub-phases of production tasks. Mobile job reporting is especially useful for field personnel (e.g., technicians, installers, and service operators). Thanks to GPS geolocation, it is also possible to identify where the employee is when making a declaration, allowing activities to be linked to specific job sites or locations.
