Indaco Project’s corporate philosophy focuses on three vital aspects: workplace safety, employee well-being, and environmental sustainability. This approach stems from the awareness that work quality is a key factor for staff performance and overall success of the business

Since 2019, Indaco Project has been based in its new headquarters in Castel Maggiore, just outside Bologna. The facility became a true worker-friendly habitat, offering a full range of comforts along with cutting-edge IT systems for access control and workspace management.


One of the key milestones in realizing Indaco Project’s vision was the installation of a solar panel system capable of powering the entire facility in a completely ecological way — a concrete step towards sustainability and energy self-sufficiency.

 

To create a truly cutting-edge company Indaco Project has chosen to design and furnish its headquarters with not only functional but also aesthetic criteria, embracing a modern and minimalist style that promotes focus and makes the environment welcoming for both employees and visitors.

Indaco Project has equipped its headquarters with a fully furnished gym, available to all employees, to encourage physical activity — especially for those with sedentary roles. Additionally, the facility includes changing rooms and showers, accessible to all staff, with the aim of promoting the use of bicycles as a means of commuting to work.



Indaco Project actively supports its team in improving both physical and mental well-being: a psychological and motivational training program has already been launched for the sales network and will soon be extended to all employees.


Indaco Project has been a long-time supporter of the DAE 118 Emilia-Romagna Program and has been officially recognized as a DAE Point. A semi-automatic defibrillator is available at our headquarters—this life-saving device not only makes the workplace safer but also serves as a reference point for the surrounding community in case of emergency.

 

To ensure even greater safety in emergency situations, especially during evacuations, Indaco Project has implemented EvaPlan — an intelligent assembly point system developed in-house. EvaPlan automates and simplifies the management of corporate evacuation plans and supports firefighters during fire emergencies.

The supplies that Indaco Project provides free of charge to all its employees and collaborators are chosen with ecological considerations in mind: a 100% organic fabric shopper bag and a metal water bottle, to encourage virtuous behaviors and reduce waste.



With the aim of reducing plastic use, water is distributed within the company through purifiers that ensure its quality.
