Employee Training Management Software
HR24 Training Management is software dedicated to the assignment, scheduling, and automatic monitoring of employee training courses.
Training courses are linked to the type of role (forklift operator, painter, computer workstation operator...) or task (first aid, safety manager - RSPP...) each employee may have. Other courses can be assigned based on company decisions.
Additionally, each course is associated with one or more locations, training organizations, and dedicated instructors.
The full list of courses to be completed can be viewed within the employee’s profile, filtered by:
• Attendance
• Participation date
• Status
• Expiry
• Outcome
SCHEDULING
Thanks to the Scheduler, the HR department can view course schedules and upcoming deadlines. All involved parties (employee, manager, instructor, facility...) receive notifications of course activation and scheduling via automatic and schedulable emails.

INTEGRATIONS
• ND24 Web Attendance Tracking module from the ND24 Suite
• HR24 DOCUMENTS allows attaching documents to ND24 profiles, assigning a description and reference date. If the Scheduler module is also used, document deadlines will be displayed alongside other dates.
• HR24 SCHEDULER monitors all dates entered in ND24 profiles in a single view: hires, resignations, courses, medical visits, document renewals (if HR24 Documents is active), and other customized date fields.
