THE VIRTUAL RECEPTION FOR VISITOR SELF-REGISTRATION
GENTLY is the new automated system for managing company visitors: a Virtual Reception that enables visitors to self-register and automatically notifies the internal contact person of the guest’s arrival.
Upon arriving at the company, the visitor can register independently through GENTLY, following simple on-screen instructions via the touchscreen interface: they will enter their personal information (last name, first name, company), the details of any accompanying persons, and, if required, the license plate number of their vehicle.
Once registration is complete, GENTLY automatically notifies the internal company contact of the visitor’s arrival via call or message.
The visitor also has the option to request assistance or contact a company representative directly through GENTLY and, from the same console, can view Privacy documents, regulations, behavioral guidelines, and other useful instructions.
All data entered by the visitor is recorded by the Sesamo Reception software and managed in compliance with data privacy regulations.
The visit is closed simply by scanning the encoded card or badge issued at check-in.
THE SOFTWARE BEHIND COMPANY VISITOR MANAGEMENT: SESAMO RECEPTION
Thanks to the integration between GENTLY and the SESAMO RECEPTION software, visitor check-ins can be used to generate a monthly attendance report (fiscal timecard) showing the total hours worked — a useful tool for verifying the accuracy of work performed.
