VISITOR ACCESS CONTROL: DOMOUNO
Domouno is the system that allows remote management of visitor access to the company premises by enabling gate and door openings.
From any authorized PC, users can see who is ringing and open company gates and doors with a simple mouse click.
SESAMO RECEPTION: VISITOR MANAGEMENT AND REGISTRATION
Visitor management within the company is handled by Sesamo Reception software, which allows the registration of visitors and external personnel (cleaning staff, maintenance workers, consultants, etc.).
Thanks to its integration with the Sesamo Access Control Suite, the company has real-time visibility of who is on-site and a complete history of all entries and exits.
OCCASIONAL VISITOR
An occasional visitor can be registered with just a first and last name, or with a full profile including ID details and the names of any accompanying persons.
The data is automatically stored, and this historical record allows quick retrieval of information in case of future visits.
REGULAR VISITOR
Regular visitors include anyone with an ongoing relationship with the company, such as external consultants, cleaning companies, maintenance personnel, and couriers.
The system administrator can issue an access-enabled badge, allowing the person to move through the facility without checking in at Reception. Access can be restricted to specific days and time slots.
