The ND24 software by Indaco Project is a complete suite to automate and simplify attendance and human resources management. One of the most required functions of this suite is probably the Business Training Module, designed to manage updating courses and track the progress of corporate training.

ND24 acts both as a history of the provided training and as a scheduler for the upcoming courses. It automatically populates by assigning a training program to each worker based on its job and assignment (for example RSPP, RSL etc.) but it’s also possible to assign otional training in a completely customizable way.

Recently inside the Business Training Module has been developed an “easy mode” for the accountability of courses and training events: this allows sending participation certificates and other documents massively, sensibly accelerating the management of courses. It is also possible to plan training events, even with multiple lessons, and automate the invitation mails sending.

The Business Training Module is accessible through general dashboards and also inside each employee registry, to have a big picture overview and an individual verification too. Through a specific dashboard it is also possible to extract training data in an extremely detailed way.
