PROFILE AND TIMESHEET

Each employee has their own profile, which includes personal data, contact information, hire date, job title, work schedule, contract type, and more.

The timesheet (or attendance record) can be accessed by both the employee and the HR manager. It displays weekly and monthly totals, absences such as leaves and vacations, hours worked, and any anomalies.

Any anomalies in the timesheet are clearly highlighted and can be corrected quickly and easily, streamlining monthly closure procedures and the transfer of data to the payroll department.

LEAVE AND TIME-OFF MANAGEMENT

A single dashboard gathers data on leave and time-off requests for all employees, categorized by department and location. This allows managers to easily handle approval requests, avoiding overlaps and ensuring balanced scheduling.

INFORMATION CENTER

The Information Center is a unified dashboard that displays, in a single screen, updates from all program modules — including leave requests, timesheet anomalies, company announcements, and more.

CALENDAR (AGENDA)

The Agenda is the employee's calendar, used to log appointments, related notes, and information. The monthly view is especially effective, providing a quick overview of one’s own commitments and those of colleagues.

To Do is a personal note-taking tool to help organize tasks, track deadlines, and stay on top of daily activities.

INTERCOM – INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

To improve internal communication, ND24 includes InterCom, an interactive real-time messaging system for communicating with other users.

One key feature of InterCom is that all communications are automatically archived, making it especially useful in exchanges between:
