Automatic distributor with secured lockers suitable for key and valuables management – KeyCo
KeyCo is the automatic distributor designed for the management of keys, small items, and valuables.
The 24 internal boxes, hidden from external view, ensure confidentiality and allow for the secure storage of valuable items and documents.
The system enables secure 24/7 management of both distribution and deposit of:
- Keys for vehicles, departments, offices, and rooms
- Credit/debit cards
- Telepass devices
- IT equipment
- Small PPE items
- Visitor kits
Each operators identifies themselves using a badge before any withdrawal or return operation and can access only the boxes authorized by the company, eliminating the possibility of error. Users can autonomously reserve keys in accordance with predefined company policies. Access to the box will be granted exclusively to the user for the specified date and time. If the item is not collected within a certain time frame, the box can be re-enabled for use by other users.
