Automatic distributor with secured lockers suitable for key and valuables management – KeyCo
KeyCo is an Automatic Distributor designed to manage keys, small items and valuables.
The 24 internal boxes, hidden from external view, ensure the secure storage of valuable items and documents.
The system enables secure 24/7 management of both distribution and deposit of:
• Keys for vehicles, departments, offices, and rooms
• Credit/debit cards
• Telepass devices
• IT equipment
• Small PPE items
• Visitor kits
Each user identifies himself using a badge before any withdrawal or return operation and has access only to the boxes authorized by the company, wiping out any error.
Users can reserve keys in accordance with company policy. Access to the box will be granted only to the user for the defined date and time. If the item is not collected within a certain time frame, the box can be re-enabled for use by other users.
