SMART WORKING AND OFF-SITE STAFF: APP, PC AND CLOUD

INDACO Project's HR solutions allow you to manage presence detection via PC, Cloud or licensed software (on premises), and via APP with GPS.

 

TIMBRASMART APP WITH GPS
With the TimbraSmart App off-site staff can lock in in total simplicity and safety with their smartphone: attendance detection will no longer be a problem.

Respecting Privacy the App uses the geolocation data only in clock in moment. Even in case of no GPS signal or internet connection the clock in is granted.

TimbraSmart simplifies the relationship between workers and the company, streamlines the administrative procedures of the staff and allows the precise control of labor cost and the carrying out of the assigned activities

TIMBRAWEB VIA PC
Employees can connect to TimbraWeb, the INDACO Project module that allows the clock in via PC everywhere with an Internet connection. It will be possible to report the beginning and end of each activity at any time of the day in order to facilitate the exchange of communication with the company and to show the hours worked on the tag.
