SESAMO is the software solution developed by Indaco Project Srl for the management of vehicular and pedestrians access control.

The product uses advanced standard technologies and is developed on Microsoft platform .Net and SQL Server database.   

The SESAMO program operates entirely in a Web environment, you can configure both the local network (intranet) that the Internet and uses a centralized database.

Each "workstation" could be a PC that is running an HTML browser compatible with Internet Explorer 6.0 (supported in addition to the Microsoft browser, including Firefox and Opera), connected to the corporate network using any Internet connection (LAN, WAN, ADSL wired or wireless).

This means you can add new users at any time in a simple and fast way, but above all with complete autonomy from the Customer.

Functionality and the information transferred depends on the hierarchical levels, and then on user profiles that you want to define and associate. The section dealing with the management of passwords has been developed with particular attention to the security of access and the configurability of such and complies with regulations on privacy; there is an access log to the system which shows time / date, account use, IP address of the client that connects or try the connection.

The program of access management SESAMO, yields a wide range of parameterizations allowing you to respond to any need to control the gate. Through the creation of appropriate profiles, lists of competency associated with the terminals, the use of PinCode and the check timing associated with the day of the week, you can control different levels of safety accesses.

After making the system settings, all parameters are stored on board the PLANET terminals connected in Ethernet. From that moment terminals are responsible for the management of the gates. Therefore the off-line operation way of the terminals does not require the dedicated link to a personal computer, but they are able to discriminate individual access gates.

The transactions are stored within the reader; SESAMO will provide a reading of data from terminals and will store the transaction in the database, making information readily available for subsequent evaluations (prints and/or exported to file).

SESAMO is fully integrated with other data collection applications, including NetTime and Indaco (single database).
