It is the software module management of the Automatic Dispenser TOMWORK, designed for the withdrawal of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by the employees, but also suitable for the management of material consumption in general. In relation to Safety Laws SESAMO Dispenser allow to:

Certifying each employee withdrawal, recording date, time, and PPE taking, for use in case of need, to prove the availability of PPEs;
Monitoring each PPE stock constantly for every TOMWORK, reporting via e-mail the achievement of minimum level of stocking for each item (real time), without manually checking for each device;
Checking consumption for each employee/period in order to reduce wastage;
Withdrawing PPEs using the same badge in use by the employee for time & attendance or access control stamping operations;
Easy to use, thanks to the interactive touch screen display, integrated in the device, with employee language speaking;
Availability of TOMWORK for sale or rent and usability of SESAMO Dispenser in Saas way (ASP) using an internet connection, without any installation of the program.
SESAMO Dispenser software module allows you to set a several number of parameters to manage and monitor all TOMWORK Automatic Dispensers installed in the company. Assuming we have a certain number of TOMWORKs installed in different departments/plants for all over the world, Sesamo Dispenser allows you to set a table list of PPEs, for each of which you can set the location (Dispenser and sectors), the minimum stock quantity which must be present for each TOMWORK (for e-mail alert messaging) and the minimum inventory quantity to arrange a supplier reordering of the item; the system is able to constantly monitor the maximum number of days that can elapse between a withdrawal and the other of the same PPE by each worker (to ensure a proper use of PPEs, with the frequency specified by the Company Safety Rules). This setting is very important because allows you to constantly supervise the real use of PPE by employees: spent a certain number of days from the last withdrawal of a precise PPE, the system send an e-mail alert message to the Manager, with an attached pdf document, compiled with known data (employee name, days spent by the last withdrawal, PPE not taken, etc.). The document is in practice a Recall letter, which can be used by the Company as a prove in case of refund request for occupational deseasedue to the non-use of that particular PPE.
SESAMO Dispenser allows you to create a list of jobs and determine for each type the list of PPE to show on the PC screen, in order to limit the withdrawal of PPE only to that prescribed for each job. Within the Database of each employee, you can perform a complete personal management of DPI size and expiration date to make the replacement. SESAMO Dispenser allows you to monitor real-time status of each distributor with evidence of last movements, even for a single item. Among the options, you can enter a maximum number of daily withdrawals after which requires an alert message to the Supervisor in order to avoid excessive consumption. The system provides inventory ad consumption statistics.
All configuration parameters allow you to monitor the state of TOMWORK, by ensuring the constant availability of PPE h24, certifying each single withdrawal by the employee and monitoring the consumption of PPE and thereby reducing supplies. The system can be used in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) and can use the same badge used by the employee for time & attendance system.
