It is the main module of the SESAMO Suite. SESAMO Accessi allows to control an unlimited number of pedestrian gates or doors, internal or external of the Company. For each access you can set time slots and enabled days for each group of users in a very fast and easy way. Control devices are installed near the point of entrance/exit and connected to the ethernet company network. They can be equipped with magnetic card reader, RFID Transponder Technology (125 KHz, MiFare, HID, or others) or fingerprint biometric sensor. The access enabling tables are loaded directly on board equipment to minimize response times and open the door immediately. H owever data is transmitted to the software in real time to have an updated sit uation every moment. The relay of access enabling may be on board the terminal or placed in a remote place to prevent housebreaking attempts. Terminals are available in two version: PLANET: equipped with display and keyboard to digit PIN Code after badge reading; SAT: Simple terminal equipped with two leds and only the badge reader. Obviously the lock gate to control must be electromagnetic. Access control terminals may be placed on any pre-existing access control device (e.g. turnstiles). Indaco Project is able to provide complete solutions based on project, including turstiles or other opening system. It is important to say that if the company perimeter entrances are controlled in both directions, SESAMO is able to provide a real time situation of employees presence (roll-call). Obviously the situation will be more precise if you enable SESAMO Reception Module and SESAMO Transit Module. SESAMO in fact is able to provide the roll-call situation saving data on an external ftp server, to prevent system crash. In this case a pdf document will be overwrite every minute, with a real time situation of employees divided in “Meeting Points” to provide an easy and fast roll-call. So, in case of extreme emergency the manager could make a roll-call using a GPRS Smartphone or tablet, without producing any paper report.
