KeyCo is a box for keys and objects automatic management, designed by INDACO PROJECT SRL.
It is based on protected boxes reserved to each RFID keyring:
it is not requested any particular object or key, because KeyCo can contain items of several shape, size or number, leaving the user free to put in what it is necessary for his  needs.

The use of protected box allows to combine to keys any objects or documents, guaranteeing both confidentiality of the box content which is not enabled to the user, both easy to use: each user can access only to enabled boxes e the withdrawal operation e return automatically provides toguide the user to the right box, without possibility of any error.

KeyCo is designed for the Intranet/Internet connection and can be managed by SESAMO software, entirely developed in the WEB environment.

KeyCo is a cabinet containing 16/32 boxes accessibile by a single front small door. The system checks and records the withdrawal and return of bunches of keys by identifying both the user and bunch of keys too.

KeyCo withdrawal is based on RFID technology and allows to check with absolute certain the real presence of the bunch of keys inside the box.

KeyCo is managed by a smart terminal with a large backlit display and a user friendly keyboard. The messages shown easily guides the user through the withdrawal and show also the state of each single box; the user identification can occur with different technologies: RFID (Badge Transponder 125 KHz, MiFare or HID), Biometric (fingerprint recognition), or the most traditional magnetic stripe.

KeyCo, thanks to the use of indipendent and protected boxes, allows you to use all types of key and put in freely various objects.

In case of emergency, KeyCo can be opened mechanically by the Staff Security Manager to allow a fast access to bunches of keys contained.



KeyCo is configured using  SESAMO software, entirely developed in the WEB environment, with which is possible also analyze the historical register of withdrawal/return , verifying in every moment and in real time every single movement and who user has a key in that moment, manage key reservation.

SESAMO software allows to manage an unlimited number of KeyCo device,ensuring maximum efficiency even on more complex installations.
