Keyco is a closet for the automatic management of keys and objects produced by INDACO PROJECT SRL.
It is based on protected Boxes reserved for each set of keys:
does not require any particular key or key chain, because Keyco can hold any shape or number, leaving the user the freedom to use what best suits he needs.
Each Safety-Box can combine the keys and documents of various types, ensuring both the confidentiality of Boxes and their content for which you are enabled. It is very easy to use: any user could only access to the Box for that he was enabled and the operations of removal and redelivery shall automatically direct the user to the proper box, with no possibility of error.
Keyco is ready to be connected to Intranet / Internet and can be managed by the SESAMO software, developed entirely in web environment.
Keyco is a cabinet containing 16 Box available from a single front door. It permits to monitor and record the collection and delivery of sets of keys identifying the user and the bunch of keys.
Keyco is based on RFID radio frequency identification and allows you to control with certainty the real presence of the bunch of keys inside the box.
Keyco is managed by an intelligent terminal with a large graphic backlit display and a keyboard easy to use. KeyCo permits to track immediately the status of individual boxes, identifying the user basing on different technologies: RFID (Badge Transponder), Biometrics (fingerprint recognition), or the more traditional Badge with Magnetic Stripe.
Keyco thanks to its independent and protected Boxes, permits to use all types of key and enter freely various objects.
In case of emergency, Keyco can be opened mechanically by staff to allow quick access to sets of keys in it.
Keyco is configured using the software SESAMO, made entirely in a web environment. SESAMO permits you to consult the historical record of the withdrawals / deliveries occur at any time and in real time who is holding a bunch of keys, manage the reservation of the keys using a PC network.
SESAMO software also allows the management of an unlimited number of cabinets Keyco, ensuring maximum efficiency even on the most complicated installation.
