Indaco Project has developed several solutions that allow you  to trace with certainly the withdrawal and the eventual return of PPE, raising from any liability the Safety Manager and the Legal representative of the Company. There are different types of Cabinets and Dispensers completely customizable.

Sesamo Cabinets: They are used to withdraw and return of PPE of each employee. They are available in various configurations and sizes. Each compartment is controlled by an electronic lock device that automatically opens the door pushing it out. The system is controlled form an interactive terminal (Smile) that provides a recognition system for personal badge, used for time & attendance  or access control system (magnetic stripe, RFID 125 KHz, MiFare, HID, biometric fingerprint recognition).  The terminal is connected to the Ethernet Company network allowing a real time monitoring of each transaction providing also of any alarm alert by e-mail/SMS. To every employee who needs PPE is assigned  a personal box that can be open only using his personal badge.  The management software allows to assign to each employee  a PPE list depending on his job and each device is provided of an RFID tag of recognition. The employee using his personal badge can withdraw and return the material supplied and the system will provide to record each operation. It is possible also a recognition of any PPE withdraw/returned through the TAG reading to confirm the operation, approaching it to the keyboard terminal

Distributore Automatico DPITOM WORK Automatic Dispensers:  They are used to withdraw consumable PPE device (e.g. gloves, plastic glasses, earplugs, etc.)  or for any other item that you must control  (tools, mechanical equipments, etc.). It is an Automatic Dispenser similar to food vending machines but specifically designed t togive a complete solution (hardware and software) to manage and trace each movement.  The Dispenser configuration is customized, based on items size and shape. TOMWORK is controlled by an integrate touch screen terminal connected to the ethernet company network.The employee using his personal badge can operate on the display to select the item to be withdraw and the system will record the individual consumption. The management software provide to send e-mails alert to report possible achievement of the minimum stock of any specific item. Recording every single withdrawal, the software is able to produce statistics of consumption per employee or per item allowing a correct monitoring of material consumption.

Automatic Dispenser can also beused for canteen meals grants, food, coffe or drinks. In this case are available configurations with fridge, freezer or warming device.  The system is capable to “cgarge” directly on the attendance card and payroll system, the monthly cash consumed by employees (requires installation of Nettime, the time & attendance system).
