As part of the security procedure in case of fire, the Access Control System called Sesamo, has a function that allows you to activate a key alarm button on any  keyboard of Personal Computers installed in your Company. By typing this key (F10 for example) a list of absent/present will be instantly sent to a default printer.

This procedure takes advantage of the existence of a file placed in a folder on your server which is updated continuously by the system, even every minute. This file contains data from the attendance record, from the access control and the visitor management and through a customized lay-out produces a detailed printout of absent/present in the factory, in real time. The report can also contain a breakdown of attendance divided in Dynamic Meeting Points, depending on the position of the terminal on which the employee has marked his last attendance/access within the Company perimeter.
