Sesamo - Modulo Gestione Visitatori

SESAMO Visitors software module enables fast recording of requests directly to the reception area.
It is possible to record for each visitor the main data, details of ID Card, the recipient and the reason of the visit, besides the number of PASS assigned.

 

The system also allows, in case of emergency, to create the report of employees and visitors in real time, downloading it from a remote server in PDF format. In fact SESAMO has a "scheduler" of reports that can create a file of the desired timeframe (for example every minute ) and send it by e-mail or save it to a folder outside the company network. In this way, regardless of severity of the emergency, you can find the information at any moment.

 

It is possible to have also several statistic reports which can show the timeframe spent by each visitor and the external consultant inside the Company area. The Visitor Management module is integrated with Access Control system making it possible to give the visitor a badge enabled to opening doors and gates. 

The system provides the function of automatic recording of the visits through the use of the personal ID Pass on a Time & Attendance device.
