TOM WORK has 10 overlapped floors; each of them can store up to 71 items.  Sizing of each floor is created using proper partitions, in order to have the necessary space for each item to deploy: each floor can divided into 9, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 72 sector. The withdrawal of items is realized using a personal badge with Transponder Technology (125 KHz, MiFare, HID), or magnetic stripe technology (ISO Standard Tk 2). Often the same badge is used for time & attendance or access control system operation. The user can select the item directly on the touch screen display of the device and TOMWORK will open the side door to allows the withdrawal from the right floor.  In particular application TOMWORK can also allow to put the item in its sector once used (optional). This feature is very useful to manage handling equipment that must be always available (e.g. blood pressure measurement device) but that must be returned. Thanks to an Ethernet connection , TOMWORK transmits a real time consumption occurred to the Sesamo Software, which will then be able to not only monitor the status of each sector (stock management), but each individual withdrawal! The deterrent effect, consisting of a real time monitoring of the individual withdrawals, allows an unthinkable saving of items, offering enormous benefits in term of lowering costs. The connection on the Ethernet network also allows to monitor TOMWORK anywhere is installed, using a WEB connection.

If the problem is to monitor the withdrawal and return of particolar and expensive equipment such as mechanical keys or gauges and measuring object in general, remember that you can use KeyCo system, used also for keys management (vehicles, forklifts or other). KeyCo too is integrated to the Sesamo Access Control System of Indaco Project srl.
