Safety Laws have introduced specific rules for employees protection at the company working place. Also increasing (in some cases) penalties for any beahviour deemed the main cause of accidents. Particular attention has been placed on the Risk Assessment Document that contains the list of PPEs that must be supplied to employees doing their job. Every Manager is responsible not only for the supply of PPE, but also they have to supervise that PPEs are used by the employee. SESAMO allows to constantly monitor the withdrawal of PPE, tracing every single movement.

Each user depending on his job, must be provided of some general PPE disposal (earplugs, earmuffs, masks, glasses, etc.) and others strictly personal PPE (uniforms, Work Shoes, helmets, etc.). If the distribution of general PPE disposal is solved using the Automatic Dispenser TOMWORK, SESAMO is the solution to the second part of the problem. SESAMO menages boxes Module of different sizes, controller by electronic locks  with personal badge opening.  Inside each box can be placed personal PPEs, which may be different depending on the employee job. The employee can pick and return every day  PPEs using his personal badge and the system will record each movement.

To reach more details you can provide each PPE of a RFID TAG with a unique code, set into employee data base. At the moment of a withdrawal it is possible to forced  the employee to read PPE RFID code approaching it on the terminal keyboard. In this way you can trace each withdrawal reporting immediately to the employee any forgotten PPE.

The application software could be customized to customer requests thus satisfying any particular requirement. The connection to the ethernet company network will also allow to monitor boxes anywhere they are installed (WEB connection).
