It is always important to pay particular attention to Cost Saving and the best way to achieve it. No exception to this rule are the materials which are enclosed in the category of supplies. Work gloves, goggles and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) fall into this category and without a real time monitoring it is not so easy to analyze thier costs. Indaco Project Srl has developed an Automatic Dispenser able to check the use of each item in it contained.

The locker, based on the usual snack dispenser, can be charge of any kind of items depending on size and weight, in 5/6 rows of 7/10 compartments each, customizing each compartment as required. The withdrawal of items is accomplished by using a personal ID card with transponder technology (125 KHz) also used for Time & Attendance and Access Control operations. Thanks to an Ethernet connection, the system uploads the real-time consumption data occurred to the Software Sesamo, which will then be able to monitor the filling of each compartment (under available management) and to record the actual consumption of each employee. The deterrent effect consists in a close monitoring of individual withdrawals which reduces the consumption of the items bringing huge benefits in terms of Cost Saving. The Ethernet network also allows to monitor each dispenser wherever it is located through a web connection.

If the issue is to check the movement of special equipment and expensive mechanical keys, gauges and measuring objects in general, remember that you can use the Keyco system, also used for Company keys (fleet cars, forklifts or other). Even KeyCo is completely integrated with the Sesamo application, the Access Control System of Indaco Project Srl.
